2025 NFL Combine Update: Miami QB Cam Ward Chooses Not to Throw

Miami quarterback Cam Ward will not participate in the throwing drills at the 2025 NFL Combine, focusing instead on his pro day.

The NFL Scouting Combine is currently taking place in Indianapolis. Over the next few days, the leading prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft will be showcasing their talents. The event began on February 27 with defensive lineman and linebacker workouts, followed by defensive backs and tight ends on February 28. Quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs will take their turn on March 1, before the offensive lineman conclude on March 2.
