According to multiple reports, the Rams and offensive tackle Alaric Jackson have agreed to a three-year deal worth $57 million with $35 million guaranteed, as reported by Fox Sports.
Jackson, who was poised to enter free agency and was ranked No. 20 on Pete Prisco’s top-100 list of free agents, will remain with the Rams for the next few seasons. The 27-year-old Jackson joined the team as an undrafted free agent and played under a salary of $4.89 million last season.
In the previous season, Jackson excelled as a pass blocker, boasting a career-best 4.7% pressure rate allowed per dropback, with three sacks and 22 pressures allowed in 467 pass-blocking snaps, across 14 starts at left tackle.
