
A limited field did not dampen the earning potential for the top finishers at the 2025 Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill Club & Lodge. As one of the premier events of the season, the Arnold Palmer Invitational is distributing a total of $20 million to players who made the cut this week in Orlando.
As a player-invited event, the API rewards the winner $4 million, matching the total awarded last month at the Genesis Invitational. Ludvig Åberg took the triumph there, becoming the third different champion to kick off the season’s signature events.
This Sunday, Russell Henley edged Collin Morikawa by a single stroke late in the final round to secure his fifth career win on the PGA Tour, his first in over two years, and his first signature event trophy, along with the biggest single-tournament pay of his career.
2025 Arnold Palmer Invitational payout breakdown:
1st: $4,000,000 – Russell Henley
2nd: $2,200,000 – Collin Morikawa
3rd: $1,400,000 – Corey Conners
4th: $1,000,000 – Michael Kim
5th: $840,000 – Keegan Bradley, Sepp Straka ($800,000 each)
The event also highlighted how strong the competition was, as those placing in the top four each received bonuses that exceeded seven figures, with players ranking within the top eleven earning checks north of $500,000!
