U.S. Open Cup to Air on CBS Sports Until 2026

CBS Sports will provide coverage of America’s oldest soccer competition, featuring matches on Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network.

The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup will be aired on CBS Sports through 2026. America’s oldest soccer tournament, operational since 1914, will have all matches from the third round, starting April 15, available on Paramount+, with select matches on CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network. CBS Sports is set to be the English-language broadcaster for the U.S. Open Cup until 2026.

Round two matches will stream on U.S. Soccer’s YouTube channel from April 1-2, with additional programming to showcase the history of the event. With a total prize money of $1 million, distributing $600,000 to the winner, the anticipation for a new champion increases.

“This is an incredible step forward in our service to soccer strategy…CBS Sports has shown a tremendous commitment…to grow the sport domestically and globally,” said David Wright, U.S. Soccer’s Chief Commercial Officer.
