Jalen Brunson's Return Set for Sunday Against Suns

Knicks guard Jalen Brunson is expected to make his comeback after an ankle sprain, just in time for key end-of-season games.

Knicks star Jalen Brunson will be back on the court this Sunday against the Phoenix Suns, marking his first game since March 6 due to a sprained right ankle. Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau mentioned that Brunson was cleared for basketball activities before a recent loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The team practiced ahead of a busy schedule, facing the Atlanta Hawks and then the Suns. Brunson, who has been sidelined for 14 games, aims to meet the NBA’s requirement of playing 65 games to qualify for end-of-season awards. Currently, the Knicks stand strong at 48-28, holding onto their playoff position as they navigate through the final stretch of the regular season.
