Caitlin Clark Aims to Enhance Leadership Skills Ahead of Second WNBA Season

The Fever's Caitlin Clark is determined to develop her leadership abilities after a standout rookie season as she prepares for the upcoming WNBA season.

Caitlin Clark is coming off a remarkable rookie season in the WNBA and has quickly become one of the league’s standout players. With high goals set for 2025, Clark, alongside the Indiana Fever who have recently hired coach Stephanie White, aims to enhance her leadership skills as the team adds experienced veterans like DeWanna Bonner, Natasha Howard, and Sophie Cunningham.

Clark and her teammates are seeking to compete for a championship this season, with Clark specifically stating her desire to be a better leader. “I think for myself going into Year 2, I think just being a good leader,” she remarked. “When you are the point guard, you gotta be the strongest voice on the floor. At times, that’s where I struggled last year. I want to learn and grow in that area as my main goal.”

The support from White and Bonner, both highly experienced figures in the league, is seen as vital for Clark’s development moving forward.
