The anticipation for WWE SummerSlam builds as the events of Saturday Night’s Main Event unfold. This year’s SummerSlam, a two-night event, showcases a rematch between John Cena and Cody Rhodes, along with the debut of Jelly Roll in the wrestling ring.
The match card began taking form during the Night of Champions, where Cody Rhodes won the King of the Ring tournament, and Jade Cargill claimed the title of Queen of the Ring.
Another major highlight for the August 2 weekend is Jelly Roll’s partnership with Randy Orton against Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre.
WWE will also host events in France and Australia, namely Clash in Paris and Crown Jewel, before making a return to the U.S. for Survivor Series.
