Georgia football recruit Seven Cloud, the top JUCO prospect in the 2026 recruiting class, faces charges of domestic battery in Butler County, Kansas, as reported by Butler County Times-Gazette. The All-American defensive tackle appeared before a judge via Zoom on July 14, where he was charged with a Class B misdemeanor.

The charges relate to an incident on April 20 where the Butler County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report involving Cloud and his partner. Authorities allege Cloud “knowingly caused physical contact with another person in a rude, angry or insulting manner,” involving someone with whom he had a romantic relationship.

During the hearing, the judge found probable cause for the charges and mandated Cloud to have no further contact with the victim. His next court appearance is set for September 22.

Cloud is also confronting separate misdemeanor charges for disorderly conduct (brawling or fighting) and criminal damage to property stemming from a March 27 incident, where he allegedly damaged the victim’s cell phone, categorized as a domestic violence offense, with a court date yet to be scheduled.

In his tenure at Butler Community College, Cloud recorded a total of 48 tackles, including 9.5 for loss and 5.5 sacks across 10 games played, showcasing his capability that resulted in JUCO All-America honors.

Originally committed to Georgia in the 2023 class, Cloud decided to pursue junior college before reaffirming his commitment to the Bulldogs in December 2024.
