UFC 320 is confirmed with two title bouts: Magomed Ankalaev vs. Alex Pereira 2 and Merab Dvalishvili vs. Cory Sandhagen. The card is set for October 4 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas.
Dana White announced these and other fights for the event. Ankalaev is making his first title defense after defeating Pereira back in March. The match was pivotal, raising Ankalaev’s winning streak to 14 and ending Pereira’s exciting run of four knockout victories in just 11 months.
The bantamweight clash between Dvalishvili and Sandhagen has generated much excitement among fans. Champion Dvalishvili dominated his last title defense and is riding high after submitting Sean O’Malley in their rematch. Meanwhile, Sandhagen seeks his long-desired title shot after a TKO victory over former flyweight champ Deiveson Figueiredo.
Additionally, White stated that Tom Aspinall, the new undisputed heavyweight champion, will defend his title against Ciryl Gane at UFC 321 in November.
